East: Winchester Rd. (CA State Route 79) to Interstate 15 West: Rancho California Rd. to Cll Capistrano to Del Luz Rd. crossing over Haywes Ave. it turns into Guava St. to Jefferson Ave. to Murrieta Hot Springs Rd. to interstate 15 to Bundy Canyon Rd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��3,400 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��3,740 Space Type:��Office Parking Spaces (Total):��2 Parking Spaces (Surface):��2 Full Term:��15 Firm Term:��11 Option Term:��3 Years Additional Requirements: The office is to be located in a modern quality building of sound and substantial construction. Contiguous space located on the same floor.
