Description: The purpose of this justification is to increase the estimated ceiling of the BPA.�The increase is needed to account for higher-than-estimated usage during the base year and option period one. Based on this unforeseen surge, an increase in expenditures on the current BPA are nearing their estimated ceiling before the completion of option year 1.This action is to continue the BPA under GSA Information Technology (IT) Telecommunications MAS 517410 to lease AISR Ku-band services that will support multiple globally deployed mission partners.
