- In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, intends to award a sole source procurement for the following requirement to the large business, ARxIUM, Inc., at 1400 Busch Pkwy, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089: ITEM # DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES QTY UNIT OF ISSUE 1001 SVCOPTI-2BASIC Option Year One - Support OptiFill Two Basic Service Period of Performance: 12/01/2023 to 11/30/2024 12 MO 2001 SVCOPTI-2BASIC Option Year Two - Support OptiFill Two Basic Service Period of Performance: 12/01/2024 to 11/30/2025 12 MO 3001 SVCOPTI-2BASIC Option Year Three - Support OptiFill Two Basic Service Period of Performance: 12/01/2025 to 11/30/2026 12 MO 4001 SVCOPTI-2BASIC Option Year Four - Support OptiFill Two Basic Service Period of Performance: 12/01/2026 to 11/30/2027 12 MO The Oklahoma City VA Medical Center, located at 921 NE 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73104, requires four support option years for upgrades to their ARxIUM OptiFill System that was posted prior under Notice of Intent (NOI) to Sole Source 36C25920Q0483. The line items for support option years were inadvertently omitted on NOI 36C25920Q0483 but were required for contract performance and awarded on 36C25920P0692. Contract Line-Item upgrades 0001-0018 were completed 12/01/2022 and the first option year of support is required to begin 12/01/2023. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 811219 and the Business Size Standard is $22M. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 4:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, Tuesday, October 31st, 2023. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice. Responses to this notice are to be sent to Lindsey.Zwaagstra@va.gov. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government is not responsible for any potential costs incurred from interested parties desiring to respond to this notice.
