- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is issuing solicitation N0002424R4215 for the award of the Littoral Combat Ships (LCS) Class Sustainment Execution Contract - West Coast Part III (SEC West Pt. III) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity-Multiple Award Contracts (IDIQ-MACs). This requirement is for the procurement of maintenance, repair, and modernization of LCS homeported in San Diego, CA and may result in multiple contracts. Each contract will include five (5) one-year ordering periods. The supply being procured is the repaired, mission-ready vessel, which is returned to service within the fleet. The requirement includes the accomplishment of Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) preventative/planned maintenance (PM) facilities maintenance (housekeeping), corrosion control, Continuous Maintenance (CM) and Emergent Maintenance (EM), executing work packages associated with Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) availabilities, fly away team support, ship riders, and engineering support services.The Government intends to award three types of IDIQ-MAC: MAC I, where all holders can complete all requirements, inclusive of dry-docking availabilities, MAC II, where all holders can complete all requirements, with the exception of dry-docking availabilities, and MAC III, where holders can complete work associated with PM, FM, and CC; MAC III will be a Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA).
