- SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 0002 Solicitation 36C25624Q0022 is hereby amended to correct clause C.2, update the Statement of Work, and provide a list of submitted questions, with answers.� See attachment 36C25624Q0022 0002 for specifics. The response (quote) due date is 11-3-2023 at 2:00PM CDT. SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 0001 Solicitation 36C25624Q0022 is hereby amended to extend the response (quote) due date to 11-03-2023 at 2:00 PM CDT. SOLICITATION The Veterans Healthcare System of The Ozarks has a requirement for snow and ice removal and broadcast of surface treatments at its facility located at 1100 North College Avenue in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This is a total Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 561790 with a small business size standard of $9,000,000. �All interested parties must be listed in the U. S. Small Business Administration�s Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ and the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, as of the date of quote submission and date of award.� Award WILL NOT be delayed for registration. Interested parties must submit all questions concerning the solicitation, in writing, via email to james.hunt2@va.gov, to be received no later than 10:00am CDT, Wednesday, October 11, 2023.� Questions submitted after this date/time may not be answered.
