Ft. (ABOA):��30,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��45,000 Space Type:��Flexible-Use Space� Parking Spaces (Total):��120 Parking Spaces (Surface):��120 Parking Spaces (Structured):��0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):��0 Full Term:��7 months Firm Term:��7 months Option Term:��N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space must be a large and contiguous open and� air conditioned space with a minimum ceiling height of 14 feet, a loading dock to accommodate a semi-trailer,�and have potential for efficient layout and located in a professional and aesthetically pleasing setting. The Government requires a fully serviced lease including 120 surface parking spaces for Government vehicles. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.�� Offered location must have local amenities, restaurants; and shops within a � -�-mile distance from the location.� Local amenity availability is a �go/no-go� criteria. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 0.2- percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �500-Year� floodplain).
