Description

Installation of Security Upgrade which includes CCTV, Aiphone along with an Intrusion Detection�System (IDS) and Access Control System (ACS/PIV Readers). The new CCTV system will be�connected to CBP�s existing LAN equipment. The Contractor shall provide and install all Electrical�related systems Wiring, Conduit, Switches, Outlets & NEMA 1900 Boxes, Power Panelboard in�compliance with CBP 2018 LPOE Design Standards. The Contractor shall patch and repair to�original condition all areas affected in the installation of the security devices for this project. Project Location:�DHS Office of Field Operations, USPS Int'l Mail Facility; 11698 NW 25th, Miami, FL. 33112 This project is initially designated as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. However, please pay careful attention to the RFP solicitation posting anticapted on/about 11/7/23 for the official Set-Aside type, which may include a specific Socio-Economic category.� Project Magnitude: $250,000 - $500,000, The bid guarantee in the amount shall be at least 20% of the bid price.�Performance and payment bonds must equal 100 percent of the original�contract price. A pre-proposal site visit will be conducted for this�procurement. Details of the site visit will be available in the solicitation. All attachments included in this pre-solicitation notice are subject to change prior to RFP issuance. The project documents to include the SOW, Specifications, and Drawings are strictly provided for reference to allow potential offerors advanced knowledge regarding the scope for the purpose of familiarization and project team and subcontractor coordination, as applicable.� � NOTE: Documents such as the drawings and specifications marked as Controlled Unclassified Information (formerly sensitive but unclassified-SBU) require request for access and are subject to all security related handling requirements.��
