- Please join us November 2, 2023, for an Industry Day hosted by the Louisville District Office for the Perrine ARC + AMSA project. The Government is planning to issue a single construction contract solicitation for the reconfiguration and modernization of the 1600-member LTC Luis E. Martinez Army Reserve Center (ARC) located in Perrine, Florida. Primary facilities include alteration and renovation of the existing 78,625 square foot ARC training building, construction of a new collocated Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) and Vehicle Maintenance Shop (VMS), and new Organizational Storage Building. Supporting facilities include land clearing, building demolition, paving, concrete aprons, vehicle wash rack/platform, bi-level equipment loading ramp, mobile kitchen trailer pad, SATS Trailer canopy, fencing, general site improvements and utility connections. This is not a Request for Proposal, an Invitation to Bid, or a Request for Quotation. Therefore, this event is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract nor will the Government pay for information provided to the Government in a response nor pay for administrative costs incurred attending the Industry Day event. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with travel or providing information in response to this announcement. WHO SHOULD ATTEND: This event is open to large, small and socio-economic businesses who are registered in System for Award Management (SAM.gov) for the NAICS fields denoted below. All vendors who plan to attend the Industry Day must provide the following information to the POC below in order to be included on the visitor registraction roster for the event: Company Name and UEI First and Last name of each individual attending from your company Email address REGISTRATIONS: System for Award Management (SAM): Offerors shall have and shall maintain an active registration in the SAM database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a Government contract award. If the Offeror is a Joint Venture (JV), the JV entity shall have valid SAM registration in the SAM database representing the JV as one business/firm/entity. If at the time of award an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror.
