Description
VHA is seeking to lease approximately 14,500 minimum ABOA to 15,500 maximum ABOA of existing Clinical space in Parker County, Texas. The space needs to be contiguous. The procurement will be for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic for Veterans.� The property shall include 125 on-site surface parking spaces.� Space must be available for occupancy by January 2024. Veterans Health Administration (VHA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Texas City: Aledo Delineated Area:� North:� 281, East bound on TX-199, Jacksboro, TX; South: 171 N. Cresson Hwy- head Northwest; I20 westbound; East:� � S Stewart St to Silver Creek Azle Rd., to White Settlement Rd. to Farmer Rd.� head south (also called 1187); then to Kelly� � � � � � � � � Rd. to S Hwy 377 southbound; West:� US Hwy 281 Northbound ending at TX-199. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,500 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,500 Space Type: Clinical/Medical Space Parking Spaces (Total): 125 (surface parking spaces) Full Term: 10-Years Firm Term: 5-Years Soft Term: 5-Years Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be awarded in a 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain).
