Description

In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition�Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the FAA�s decision to contract with a selected source via single-source procedures.� The FAA intends to issue a single-source contract modification to TRAX USA Corp of Miami, FL on the referenced contract.� This procurement action will extend the TRAX eMRO Aircraft Maintenance and Logistics Software as a Service Contract which supports the FAA�s Flight Program Aircraft Management System by an additional year in order to facilitate the implementation of hosting and multi-company requirement needs.� The rationale for a single source authorization is based on impact, standardization, and proprietary data/unique items.
