Work on the beach must be completed by May 15 between R-37 and T-41 and by May 30 between R-34 to R-37. Due to the extensive hardbottom areas located offshore of the fill area, offshore pipeline access to the beach site is prohibited. A staging area and beach access to the beach placement area is located at the end of Seaway Drive and near the south jetty offloading area.
