Description

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT OF INTENT TO AWARD ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS TO PACIFIC COMMERCIAL SERVICES, 91-254 OLAI STREET, KAPOLEI, HI 96707. This contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only Pacific Commercial Services (PCS) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� The work includes, but is not limited to, providing all services necessary for the disposition of two emergency events stored/staged in immediate vicinity of 1) ADIT 1 Pearl Harbor and 2) John Rodgers � Hickam.� PCS is determined the only responsible source as they are the contractor that provided response to the two emergency events and the environmental products requiring disposition is currently stored in PCS assets.� � The NAICS Code for this procurement is 562112 and the annual size standard is $47,000,000.00. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.� Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.� However, inquiries received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.� A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
