Description

The Great Plains Area Office, Aberdeen, South Dakota, Pine Ridge Service Unit, intends to award a sole-source award to Ability Network Inc. (Inovalon) to provide electronic medical claims processing and prepare it for reporting for the Pine Ridge IHS Hospital, Pine Ridge, South Dakota. Ability Network Inc. is the only company qualified to provide the license and technical support. This request is a sole source acquisition by the program. The software subscription cannot be provided by any BI or IEE vendors since Ability Network Inc. has the patents and proprietary rights. The software is currently compatible with the IHS RPMS and EHR applications and used locally and�within the Great Plains Area location. The software provides electronic claims for the purposes of�billing and capturing revenue for services at the Pine Ridge Services units and its clinics. The resultant contract award Period of Performance shall be Date of Award through One Year. The Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1:� Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1)) was approved on 10/31/2023.
