- Intent to Sole Source-TrillaMed LLC. SPECIAL NOTICE: 36C24924Q0050 The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to issue sole-source firm-fixed priced contract to TrillaMed LLC, 30100 Telegraph Road, Suite 366, Bingham Farms, MI 48025. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and VAAR 819.70/38 U.S.C. 8127-8128 on behalf of the Lexington VA Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 9 intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with TrillaMed LLC (Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business) located at 30100 Telegraph Road, Suite 366, Bingham Farms, MI 48025. The rationale basis for the sole source acquisition is that TrillaMed LLC is the only responsible source that can provide the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for GE HealthCare. The letter from the manufacturer shall state that the contractor is an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system such that OEM warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. The NAICS code is 334510 and has a size standard of 1,250 employees for this procurement. Background.
