Description
Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Southwest (NAVFAC SW), San Diego, California is preparing to release a Solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Service Contract (MASC) with Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Exhibit Line Item Numbers (ELINs) and non pre-priced work for Cultural Services. The requirement will be for all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, travel, lodging/subsistence, equipment, and transportation necessary to performing cultural resources related studies, investigations, preparation of historic and archaeological documents, and implementation of plans in accordance with Sections 106 and 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended. Areas of responsibility includes: Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah, and other U. S. territories as needed. The majority of the services are expected to be performed in California. This is a competitive procurement being solicited by full and open competition under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541720 � Research and Development in the Social Sciences and Humanities. The purpose of this Special Notice is to advise all firms interested in proposing on this Cultural Resources MASC, that NAVFAC SW will be holding a virtual Industry Forum on 15 November 2023 at 0900 Pacific Standard Time (PST). The purpose of the industry forum is to provide prospective Offerors the opportunity to review the Government�s Draft Scope of Work and provide feedback and/or ask questions prior to Solicitation issuance. Firms that are interested in attending the Industry Forum shall email the names, phone number, and email address of attendees to Linde.y.heinrich.civ@us.navy.mil NO LATER THAN 10 November 2023 at 1500 PST. Your firm will be provided the MS Teams link and dial-in conference call phone number prior to the Industry Forum on 15 November 2023. The Contract Terms are for a one-year base period and seven (7) one-year option periods, for a maximum period of eight (8) years. The aggregate maximum dollar value of this procurement, including the base year and the option periods under the resulting contracts shall not exceed $100M. Task Orders awarded from this contract will range between $5,000 and $1,000,000. The Government makes no representation as to the number of task orders or actual amount of work to be ordered. The minimum guarantee is $5,000 for the performance period of the resulting contracts. The objective of the Cultural Resources MASC is to provide Cultural Resource Services in accordance with Sections 106 and 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended, within the NAVFAC SW Area of Responsibility as well other various locations within the territorial United States. Work awarded under this contract may include both pre-priced ELINs and non pre-priced work. The general scope of this contract covers cultural resource services. Work includes, but is not limited to, performing cultural resources related studies, investigations, preparation of historic and archaeological documents, and implementation of plans.
