- The purpose of this notice is to provide an acquisition schedule update. The anticipated contract award is third quarter of fiscal year 2024, with Core work commencing in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2024. ***************************************************************************************** The purpose of this notice is to inform Offerors that NASA will not provide confirmation that an Offeror�s test file or RFP submission was received by the Government. Offerors shall submit their proposal in accordance with the RFP, including section L.28. ***************************************************************************************** The purpose of amendment 02 is to (1) provide industry with responses to questions, (2) update the RFP and Attachment G (ATT G - Acronyms Terms and Definitions)�in response to questions. ***************************************************************************************** The purpose of this amendment is to (1) provide industry with responses to questions, (2) update the RFP, Pricing Matrix, and Attachment B, J, L, and S in response to questions. ***************************************************************************************** This notice is being issued as a Request for Proposal under solicitation number 80TECH23R0002. The principal purpose of NCAPS is to provide enterprise IT and related services for NASA.� The services include information security; application, web, and platform services; information and data analytics; IT services for automation; and IT innovation across NASA�s centers. The anticipated contract will support all NASA Centers and Facilities.� All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. The Center Ombudsman for this acquisition can be found at https://www.hq.nasa.gov/office/procurement/regs/Procurement-Ombuds-Comp-Advocate-Listing.pdf. All contractual and technical questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted electronically via email to Jim Griffin, James.R.Griffin@nasa.gov and Sara Stuart, Sara.Stuart@nasa.gov by March 22 at 2:00 p.m. EDT. Telephone questions will not be accepted.� Offerors shall follow all instructions listed in Section L.28 Electronic Submission of Proposals - Proposal Marking and Delivery Through NASA's EFSS Box of the attached RFP for submission instructions. Proposals submitted in response to this solicitation shall be due no later than April 28 at 2:00 p.m. EDT.
