Description

In July 2025, The Library of Congress (henceforth, �LOC� or �the Library�) will open the new Voices of the Early Americas The Jay I. Kislak collection Exhibition (Kislak) in the Thomas Jefferson Building. Kislak will be located in the North Gallery, 2nd floor, of the Jefferson building is approximately 3,500 square feet. The Library requires a contractor with extensive experience in providing onsite production and installation of media programs, equipment and hardware, as well as expertise in system design, prototyping, audio engineering, and integration with existing digital networks, security protocols, and historic building infrastructure. The project requires understanding, coordination, and testing four (4) types of audio visual (A/V) and interactive programs; determining and configuring the physical needs of each program for proper presentation; and the specification and purchase of all equipment and hardware. The Library seeks a contractor to deliver and install all equipment and hardware, provide commissioning and on site troubleshooting, and post-delivery/maintenance handoff to the Library. **AMENDED 10/23/2023** The offer due date is extended from 12:00PM ET 10/25/2023 to 12:00PM ET 11/06/2023. All other terms and conditions remain the same. **AMENDED 10/31/2023** The purpose of this amendment is as follows: 1. to extend the offer due date from 12:00PM ET 11/06/2023 to 12:00PM ET 11/10/2023. 2. Revise Section C - Statement of Work. 3. Revise Section J - Attachments to replace attachment J-1 and attach J-9 Q&A. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
