Page 2 of 2 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation 36C2634Q0098 This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is conducted using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: 36C26324Q0098 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-04 06/02/2023. This procurement is 100% set-aside for SDVOSBs - Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business entities. All offerors shall have an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration at the time of offer and prior to contract award. The VA anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Mobile MRI Trailor for the St. Cloud VA. See RFQ SF1449 document attached.
