- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Colorado City: Colorado Springs Delineated Area: North: E. Rockrimmon Blvd to E. Woodman Rd. South: S. Rockrimmon Blvd West: Delmonico Drive to Pro Rodeo Dr. to Tech Center Dr until it intersects with Popes Valley Dr and the I-25 East: I-25 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,110 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,777 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Parking Spaces (Surface): 5 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year�/�500-Year� floodplain).
