Description

**This solicitation is targeted specifically to the participating vendors in the NAVFAC Washington $750M 8(A) MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT.** The Building 162 project is replacing the steel plate roof deck system and adding a drainage system around the roof to mitigate chronic water leakage into B162 through the roof and foundation walls. The project also includes building rehabilitation of structural concrete and the design and installation of temporary bracing and shoring during concrete repair work. **Solicitation Amendment 1 provides Government responses to industry questions asked, updates the St. Mary's County Wage Determination, and extends the proposal due date to Nov. 14.**
