- The solicitation number is N0018924Q000S and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This�solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2023-5 (effective�September 22, 2023) and DFARS Publication Notice 20230929 (effective 29 Sep 2023). NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk requests responses from�qualified sources capable of providing the required supplies. The NAICS code is 311991 and the Small business standard is 700 Employees. This is a full and open�competition solicitation. Please review all attachments carefully. Delivery address will be provided upon award. Delivery is�required in Quebec, Canada on 08 November 2023.
