- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT synopsis to request information for market research and planning purposes. This announcement is not a solicitation and does not constitute a request for quotes, proposals, or bids. The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to identify and collect information on potential sources with the capability of providing Environmental and Cultural Resource Services for the Bureau of Reclamation as described in the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). Responses to this announcement will be used by the Government for acquisition planning and decision making. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code to be used for this requirement is 541620 � Environmental Consulting Services. The small business size standard is $19 million. The Government is seeking to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of both small and large businesses. A five-year single award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contract utilizing a combination of firm-fixed-price and time and materials task orders is contemplated. If your company is interested and can demonstrate the firm�s ability, capability, and responsibility to provide the services detailed in the attached DRAFT PWS, you are encouraged to respond to this announcement with a statement of your qualifications and capability. In response, please provide: 1. Company information including name, Unique Entity Identification (UEI), address, points of contact with telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. 2. Business size/classification to include any designations as Large Business, Small Business, HUBZone, Woman owned, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, 8(a), or Indian Owned Economic Enterprise. 3. Narrative of your company�s capability to provide the services described in the attached DRAFT PWS. 4. Description of experience on contracts with similar requirements. Please provide no more than three (3) examples of projects completed within the past five (5) years of the issue date of this announcement. Please include project title, location, general description of the services to demonstrate relevance to the DRAFT PWS, your company�s role, approximate dollar value of project, and name of the company, agency or government entity for which the work was performed. If submitting past performance/experience on a project in the role of a subcontractor, include the prime contractor's name and approximate percentage of the project your company contributed to the work relevant to the DRAFT PWS. 5. All feedback on the DRAFT PWS is welcome including changes to the wording, structure, requirements, tasking, and positions. Particular areas of interest identified by the Government are the Environmental Compliance Inspector and associated tasks, and the Museum Property Management capabilities. Responses to this announcement must be submitted to the point of contact listed below. Submission methods other than email will not be accepted. Please submit all responses using Microsoft Office and/or Adobe Acrobat compatible file formats. No proprietary, classified, or sensitive information should be submitted in response to this request. The Government assumes no liability for, nor will it suffer any consequential damages for any proprietary, classified, or sensitive information submitted. All information submitted to the Government as a response to this request will become property of the Government upon receipt. Responses to this request for information are strictly voluntary and will not in any way effect the firms� ability to submit a quote or offer, nor will it have any effect on the evaluation of any firm�s response to a future solicitation should one be issued. **The PWS attached to this Sources Sought is the most current iteration, however, the requirements are subject to change prior to solicitation should one be issued.**
