Description

This is a sources sought notice only. This is not a solicitation for quotes or offers. No quotes or offers are requested under this notice and none will be received or accepted. Mountain Home Air Force Base is seeking small business responses only for its next Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) program. Subsequent notices, including solictation, will be limited to small businesses except further set-aside under a specific small business program. The purpose of this sources sought is to seek out responses from small businesses with capability to perform a broad scope of complex construction, alteration, or repair (including dredging, excavating, and painting) of buildings, structures, or other real property. Scope will include design-build, up to 100% design. The current MACC program at Mountain Home Air Force Base will be expired as of September 16, 2024. A solicitation for offers is anticipated to be released approximately June 2024. The current MACC program maximum quantity is $90,000,000 over a five-year ordering period, and the next program is not anticipated to exceed that maximum.� Small business questions and responses shall be directed only to 366CONS.PKB.Construction@us.af.mil. Responses must include the company SAM.gov Unique Entity Identifier, primary and alternate points of contact that may be reached for further information, as well as descriptive literature that displays company capabilities to meet the described requirement. The current MACC Statement of Work is attached for review but is likely to be updated or otherwise changed prior to and during the solicitation phase.
