THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT.� THE PURPOSE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY.� RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT WILL BE USED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO MAKE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION DECISIONS.� A SUBSEQUENT SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT MAY FOLLOW.� RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS AN ADEQUATE RESPONSE TO ANY FUTURE ANNOUNCEMENT. GSA is conducting market research to determine possible sources of parking capacity near 477 Michigan Ave, Detroit, MI 48226-2523. General Requirements GSA requires 216 parking spaces Within 0.3 miles of the Patrick V. McNamara Federal Building located at 477 Michigan Ave, Detroit, MI 48226-2523 If the parking facility is outside of the 0.3 mile radius, a shuttle service will be required. The facility shall be accessible to permit holders twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, including all federal government holidays. Controlled Access & Fully operational CCTV is preferred. Approximate duration: November 2024 - October 2026 GSA is seeking information from interested vendors to include the following: Vendor�s Unique Entity ID# & Confirmation of active registration in SAM.gov Number of spaces that can be provided Location of parking facility/facilities Information on availability and types of shuttle service that can be provided THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR OFFER.� INFORMATION IS TO BE PROVIDED ON A VOLUNTARY BASIS.� NO ENTITLEMENT TO PAYMENT OF DIRECT OR INDIRECT COSTS OR CHARGES INCLUDING POSTAGE AND SHIPPING WILL ARISE AS A RESULT OF THE SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION.
