- The Contractor (KTR) shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, test equipment, and other items and services necessary to accomplish Materiel Management, Ground Transportation and Vehicle Management, Traffic Management, Real Property Maintenance, and Fuels Management at Homestead Air Reserve Base (ARB), FL as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), except as specified in Section A-2, Government-Furnished Property and Services All services, labor, supplies, materials, and parts are included in the Firm Fixed Price (FFP) unless otherwise specified in the contract. All days are in calendar days unless otherwise specified.
