- Sealed Bid Opening Abstract 31Oct23 Attached. Amendment 0002 - Spec Change and Wage Determination Update.� See attached W912ES23B0009-0002. Amendment 0001 - Revised Bidder Inquiry Key provided.� See attached W912ES23B0009-0001. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, has a requirement for the Wilds Bend Bank Stabilization Construction Project, Upper Mississippi River Basin Pool 5A near Fountain City, Buffalo County, Wisconsin.� Wilds Bend is a temporary dredge material storage island.� The dredged material is generated from the Mississippi River navigation channel and is mostly sand.� To stabilize the island, a Contractor will need to construct a sand berm, sand bench, and riprap vanes as specified in the specifications and plans provided herein. This project is solicited in accordance with FAR 14 - Sealed Bidding procedures with the intention of awarding a single firm-fixed price contract. The Invitation for Bid solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a size standard of $45.0M. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
