- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. DLA Land Warren plans to post the following requirement - Item:� Resolver-Digital Convertor Assy w/Container.� NSN:� 2590-01-701-9473.� Part Number: 57K7368 (19207). �5-Year Minimum Quantity:� 25 each.� 5-Year Maximum Quantity: 500 each.� FOB Point:� Destination.� Packaging:� MIL B.� Type Award:� Firm-Fixed-Price.� Type Contract: Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).� Duration:� 5 Years.� Method of Acquisition:� This Procurement is RESTRICTED to approved source:� North Atlantic Industries, Inc.� Only the approved source and/or authorized distributors may submit offers which may be considered.� To inquire about becoming an approved source on future buys, please contact the Competition Advocate's office. The Government does not have proprietary rights and does not own a complete build to print Technical Data Package (TDP) for the primary component. A Solicitation Notice should post to the Contract Opportunities section of SAM.gov on or about 7 December 2023.� See the solicitation for actual closing date and the full terms and conditions. Once available, the solicitation can be downloaded from the Contract Opportunities section of SAM.gov. EXPORT CONTROLLED Joint Certification Program (EXPORT CONTROL) You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) (https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/) to be granted access to the technical data (TDP) for this solicitation, via the Contract Opportunities at SAM.gov. �To register, or to re-register, please select the DD Form 2345 link from the Joint Certification Program (JCP) Home page ((https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/) and follow the instructions for completion, noting the required documentation to submit with the form.
