Description
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The Lebanon Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Lebanon, PA is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified (1) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business; (2) Veteran Owned Small Business; or (3) Small or emerging small business firms to set aside a single award contract. The Government will use responses to this notice to make to an appropriate acquisition decision. The contractor shall be responsible to train Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) and certify up to 35 personnel who will volunteer to be Peer Crisis Specialists. Contractor shall provide a three-day on-site training and is responsible for their own travel and lodging. The location of the training is at the Lebanon Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Lebanon, PA. The anticipated period of performance is anticipated to be one (1) job for a training service. All interested firms who can meet the described requirement should respond, in writing, with information describing their interest, capabilities, geographic location and indicate which small business category for which they qualify to the Contract Specialist Trevor Seiling at trevor.seiling@va.gov, no later than 11:00 AM (Eastern Time), November 6, 2023. Solicitation 36C24424Q0058 Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) training Lebanon VAMC has been assigned and should be referenced on all correspondence regarding this announcement. The NAICS Code 611430 is applicable to this acquisition, with a Business Size Standard of $15M. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. The Statement of Work (SOW) for CISM Training for the Lebanon Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Lebanon, PA has been attached outlining the required services.
