Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement ��������������������������������������������������������������� GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Delaware City: New Castle Delineated Area: North: Routes 295 and 95 between Routes 1 and 9 East: Route 9 from Route 295 to Hamburg Rd South: Hamburg Rd at Route 9 to Route 1 West: Route 1 from Hamburg Rd to Route 95 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 27,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 27,000 Space Type: Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total): 150 Parking Spaces (Surface): 120 Parking Spaces (Structured): 30 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 30 Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 0 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space offered shall be located within the equivalent of two city blocks from a primary or secondar street serving the office. The route from the primary or secondary street shall be direct. Locations with obscure, difficult access shall not be considered. If public transportation is provided by the municipality within the Delineated Area, then it shall be available within two blocks of the proposed space. The public transportation must service this location on an hourly basis (minimum) from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, expect Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. Reference project number 2DE0035 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). �For more information, visit: https://acquisition.gov/FAR-Case-2019-009/889_Part_B. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in New Castle, DE that will be expiring, but carries a renewal option the Government intends on exercising.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
