U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE (STATE or DOS) BUREAU OF INFORMATION RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (IRM) GLOBAL IT MODERNIZATION (GITM) DIVISION REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)-19AQMM24N0003� for�NASA SEWP DESKTOPS, MONITORS, LAPTOPS, PRINTERS & ACCESSORIES�CAPABILITY ASSESSMENT _____________________________________________________________________________ 1.0 �� PURPOSE This Request for Information (RFI) is issued as market research to determine the capability of NASA SEWP contract holders to provide desktops, monitors, laptops, printers and teleworking accessories. � The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI or reimburse any costs associated with the preparation of responses. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI marked �Proprietary� will be handled accordingly. Responses to the RFI will not be returned. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responses to this RFI will assist DOS in determining the potential level of interest, competition adequacy, and technical capabilities of commercial vendors to provide the required products. The Government does not guarantee any action beyond this RFI. 2.0 �� BACKGROUND The mission of State is to advance the interests of the American people, their safety and economic prosperity, by leading America�s foreign policy through diplomacy, advocacy, and assistance. The mission of IRM is to rapidly and securely deliver anytime and anywhere the knowledge resources and Information Technology (IT) services needed to support the over 300 sites worldwide. In delivering on this mission, State requires reseller partners with the appropriate expertise. 3.0 �� RFI OVERVIEW Attachment 1 � Reseller Capability Matrix provides a table listing products of interest to State regarding NASA SEWP reseller capabilities to sell endpoint products. Interested respondents are asked to fill out the matrix documenting their capabilities. Information provided must be factual and current, as State does not want to see what may be true in six months or a year but what is true as of the date of submission. Information that is provided will be verified with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) for accuracy. 4.0 �� SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: Please provide an electronic version of your written response in the attached Excel Spreadsheet (Attachment 1): Submit response to Sharon K. Jackson, at JacksonSK@state.gov, no later than November 17, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. Daylight Savings Time. �Please copy: turnerd2@state.gov and virostekp@state.gov. The Government will not respond to questions. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged. Please include �19AQMM24N0003� in the �subject� line. Sales brochures, videos and other marketing information materials shall not be accepted. Set-aside for small businesses only. All others are considered non-responsive.
