- Solicitation Questions Question: Will the vehicle wraps be able to be installed indoors at all the facilities? Answers: Tomah Vehicle can be brought into a heated indoor location provided a few days notice. Madison No Milwaukee Dependent on clearance space and utilities (water, power, etc) needed. Can most likely be accommodated, provided it is one vehicle at a time. FHCC Yes, provided one day notice JBVAMC No Hines Dependent on installation date, as area is under construction Iron Mtn - Yes Question: Of the vehicle wraps that can be installed indoors, will the garage/area be 65 degree or warmer? Answers: Tomah Yes Milwaukee Probably not, the indoor spaces are heated with ceiling heaters FHCC Yes Hines No Iron Mtn - Yes Question: Regarding the Freightliner Box Truck: what is the length and height of the box itself, and also is anything going on the cab itself? If graphics are going on the cab then one vendor has requested photos of the cab itself. Answer: The box truck is 24ft long and 7.5ft high, graphics intended for box only Question: Do any vehicles require removal of previous wraps/graphics? Answer: No vehicles require removal of previous wraps/graphics Question: Is there a current incumbent and if so, what is the award amount? Answer: There is no incumbent Question/Answer: Concerning VA Directive 0023: The link provided in the document under the policy heading is used for internal VA use only and is not required for the prospective contractor.
