Project title: DB Install Fall Protection Anchorage and Guardrails for Bldg. 1 and 2 Project Number: 673-23-104 Project Location: JAMES A. HALEY VAMC BLDG 1and 2, 13000 Bruce B. Downs, Tampa, Florida 33612 Contract Specialist: David Hernandez Magnitude of Construction: $2M and $5M. NAICS code of 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard of $45M. Service Code: Y1DA Construction of Hospital and Infirmaries. The Design /Build contractor shall install a fall protection guard rail system for Building 1 and Building 2 as well as to provide a safe and compliant engineered solution for anyone needing to work on or from the roof that utilizes roof anchor points at the James A. Haley VA Hospital, located at 13000 Bruce B. Downs Boulevard, Tampa, Florida as required by the drawings and specifications included in this acquisition package. (See Attached SOW and documents).
