Description

The Embassy of the United States in Guatemala will issue a solicitation for concrete blocks. The contractor shall provide all required labor, personnel, management, materials & equipment to supply the required concrete blocks.� Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Guatemala will launch the solicitation on www.SAM.gov,� website when it is available. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The Government may award the IDIQ contract based on the initial offer without discussion.� The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price IDIQ contract. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.� The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://www.fsd.gov/fsd-gov/learning-center-system.do?sysparm_system=SAM Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses only.� Please submit your offer prior to the response date and time at: GuatemalaBids@state.gov
