- Synopsis/Solicitation Combination INTRODUCTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-06, effective 06 November 2023. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238120, �Structural Steel and Precast Concrete Contractors�, with an associated size standard of $19.0 million annually. SPECIFICATION The U.S. Geological Survey, Cascades Volcano Observatory requires fabrication of two identical sets of 10 concrete blocks (total of 20). Please see solicitation document(s) for a detailed description and solicitation provisions/clauses. SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS/PROPOSALS Quotations/Proposals shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Contracting Officer at nlushenko@usgs.gov.
