*******THIS R.F.P. USES BEST VALUE METHODOLOGY****** ADDENDUM NO.01 HAS BEEN INCLUDED IN THE ATTACHMENTS. (11/08/2023) ADDENDUM NO.02 HAS BEEN INCLUDED IN THE ATTACHMENTS. (11/08/2023) The Chemical �Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program (CSEPP) is preparing to remove two (2) 30 m (100 ft) guyed meteorological towers, three (3) 10 m (30 ft) self-supporting meteorological towers, and one mounted camera at the Pueblo Chemical Depot (PCD).�The mission of the meteorological towers at PCD is ending.� Consequently, the towers and camera must be removed. �The desired removal date is December 4, 2023. Less desirable but acceptable dates are December 11, 2023, January 8, 2024, or January 15, 2024. Please list any conflicts with performing work on the above dates with the proposal.� Prior to providing a proposal, please join the pre-proposal meeting to discuss expectations and documentation that needs to be provided. Meeting will be held through Microsoft Teams on Monday November 6, at 1:00 - 2:00 PM CST. Pre-Proposal Meeting Access Information can be found in Links. Attendees will have 24 hours to provide any final questions to the Contracting Officer once the pre-proposal meeting has concluded. If able to provide the requested services under the strict requirements stated in the Statement of Work and Safety Oversight documents, please submit a proposal, providing the below:� TECHNICAL PROPOSAL PRICE PROPOSAL ANL-70 Request for Quotation ANL-70B Representations and Certifications Occupation of laborer performing the work (service professional, general technician, etc.) and accompanying Collective Bargaining Agreement (if applicable) Price justification stated in ANL-70 RFQ Certificate of Insurance Written acceptance of the technical requirements listed in the Statement of Work, �Tower Removal,� dated 10/31/2023 Completed and Returned Corporate Safety Plan Completed and Returned Contractor Information Safety Questionnaire Please direct any inquiries to the Contracting Officer, Molly Murtaugh at mmurtaugh@anl.gov.�
