Description

The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund, is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) for the purpose of establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Integrated Consulting Services. Orders under this BPA will be issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-3 and the offeror's current GSA contract. This requirement is being issued as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 541611 (Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services) with a size standard of $24.5 million. Please submit your proposal in accordance with the quotation instructions in the attachment titled ""20340624R00001."" --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 0001: The deadline to submit questions regarding this RFP is 2:00 PM (ET) on Monday, November 13, 2023. The deadline to submit proposals in response to this RFP is 2:00 PM (ET) on Friday, November 17, 2023. Instructions to offerors: If you have previously submitted a proposal it is requested that a new proposal be submitted. Previous submissions will no longer be considered. Significant changes have been made to the ""Proposal Instructions"" section (pg. 21-24) of the attached document 20340624R00001. Changes have been noted in red text. Additionally, the HUBZone set-aside has been removed in favor of a total small business set-aside. Finally, a document titled Q and A has been attached providing answers to questions received during the initial solicitaiton period.
