General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:��California City:��Stockton Delineated Area: North: Start at Rio Blanco Rd & Eight Mile Rd, continue on Eight Mile Rd. to Thornton Rd East: From Thornton Rd. continue onto Pacific Ave., then to Harding Way, then to Pershing Ave., then to Interstate 5 South: Continue on Interstate 5 continue to Highway 4 West: From Highway 4, turn onto S. Woodbro Road, continue onto Burns Cutoff Road, continue onto Windmill Cove Road, cross over San Joaquin River onto W. Rindge Road to Rindge Tract Island to Atherton Road to N Rio Blanco Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��4,201 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��5,000 Space Type:��Office Parking Spaces (Total):��12 Parking Spaces (Surface):��12 Parking Spaces (Reserved):��12 Full Term:��15 Years Firm Term:��10 Years Additional Requirements: Offered space cannot be located on the first or top floor.
