- Description
- On behalf of the United States Army GSA is conducting market research to identify interested vendors, and to understand capabilities related to providing the below requirement. Vendors must complete the questions on the below link in order for responses to be counted toward the market research data. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfmJNi9WVlgdmFFZw-4Y2cTckD-ZNBh7nJxr-HNPtfWPQ1XNw/viewform Description: The Contractor shall provide technical development, implementation and support that will seamlessly integrate with the existing FACTORS tool to maintain capabilities that have already been developed. The solution shall remain able to be deployable on-premises and be a highly scalable, flexible, and robust tool with integrated programming, requirements, and budget formulation activities as well as business intelligence and dashboard reporting capabilities to inform Training Synchronization Support Working Group (TSSWG), Semi-annual Training Support Briefs (SATSB) and CBEs. The dashboard shall continue to reduce or eliminate the need for 1A G8 users to manually manipulate data or create individual spreadsheets and records. The dashboard will continue to provide views of real-time data of the commands requirements. The dashboard will continue to allow development, insertion, and extraction of information by budget categories, directorate, object class and fund code. The dashboard shall continue to interface with GFEBS, enable functional area requirement validation, align resources with requirements, manage the First Army UFR process, and incorporate requirements into the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process. The dashboard will continue to have cost modeling capability to assist in the estimation of funding requirements for various exercise support. Additionally, if, at any point in this period of performance, First Army deems it necessary to migrate from SharePoint to a cloud platform, the contractor will cooperate and coordinate with First Army to achieve this requirement.
