Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command � Watervliet Arsenal (ACC-WVA) Contracting Office located at Watervliet Arsenal is conducting a sources sought notice to identify potential capable sources for: Two (2) Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) and Two (2) Laser Trackers (also known as �CMM and Laser Trackers�).� The CMM�s are Global S 9.20.8 Scan+ CMMs and Laser Trackers are Leica Absolute Tracker AT960LRs, both per WVA Equipment Engineering Specification # 24-23-6625.� The specification will be released at time of solicitation, if solicitation is issued. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. This is a request for information on capabilities and interest and does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ); submission of any information in response to this sources sought notice is purely voluntary and the U.S. Government (USG) assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort. Data submitted in response to this market survey will not be returned. INFORMATION NEEDED: Interested parties (NAICS 334519), are encouraged to provide the following information: 1. Contact information: a) POC (email, phone number) b) Cage Code c) DUNS number 2. Letter/Statement of Interest Do NOT include the following in the response: 1. Do NOT submit formal proposals or offers; 2. Do not submit requests to be considered for award or to be notified of a future solicitation; 3. Do not submit requests to be added to a mailing or distribution list; 4. Do not submit questions or comments not related to the Sources Sought; 5. Do not respond via telephone INTERESTED PARTIES: The Government requests interested parties to submit a response as well as a capability statement for this equipment that clearly details the ability to perform the aspects of this requirement. All proprietary information should be marked as such. Responses will be reviewed by U.S. Army Contracting Command � Watervliet Arsenal (ACC-WVA), Watervliet Arsenal personnel only and will be held in a confidential manner. Any and all information provided shall include a description of the proposed manufacturing capabilities. Submitted documentation will not be returned. Responses to this sources sought synopsis should be submitted within 10 days from the date of this publication via email.
