This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for Market Research ONLY to determine the availability, capability, and interest of small business firms for a potential small business category type set-aside. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: Removing and replacing water damaged floors, doors, windows, gutters, ramps, composite shingles with a new Class A roof with composite shingles, upgrade fluorescent lighting to LED, and upgrades to exterior utilities at the USACE Valley Resident Office in West Sacramento, CA.� Please see attached Sources Sought Notice for full notice details.�
