Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. Mission & Installation Contracting Command � Fort Belvoir, VA (MICC-FB), 9410 Jackson Loop, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060, is issuing this Solicitation on behalf of The United States Army Priority Air Transport (USAPAT) Battalion for a non-personal services contract to provide full-service Flight Operations Management software providing scheduling and flight management support, streamlined communication services, and encrypted messaging as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Must Have a Currently Viable Flight Operations Product. This requirement is unrestricted, and the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541519 � Other Computer Related Services, with a size standard of $34M. QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME All questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Time on 8 November 2023. Questions and answers will be posted to SAM.gov. OFFER DUE DATE AND TIME 4:00 PM Eastern Time on 13 November 2023 LATE OFFERS: Offerors are responsible for submitting proposals, and any modifications, revisions, or withdrawals, so as to reach the Government office designated in this solicitation by the time specified in the solicitation.
