Description

This Solicitation is for Request for Quote Number 36C24224Q0050 - Project No. SL-24-012-NY � Medivator Site Preparation at New York Harbor Healthcare System � Manhattan Campus located at 423 East 23 Street, New York, NY 10010. This project will be 100% Set-Aside to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Competition for this procurement is restricted to verified SBA Cert SERVICE- DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) Contractors. The SDVOSB must be a small business under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified in https://veterans.certify.sba.gov. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238990 � All Other Specialty Contractors, with a Size Standard of $19 million IAW VAAR 852.219-10 the VetCert (formerly VIP listed) SDVOSB. Prospective Contractor is required to perform a minimum of 15% of the construction work. The estimate price range for this project is $25,000 and $100,000.
