Description: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD AGAINST BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT (BOA). The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to place an order against a preexisting BOA for the purpose of modernizations to John Wayne (SNA) Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT).� Purpose of the announcement: is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA�s decision to contract via the BOA.
