WHS/AD is looking for an 8(a) company that can provide Acquisition Workforce Leadership and Talent Management Training. This Sources Sought Notice is for market research purposes only and we are NOT seeking quotes at this time - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), or Invitation for Bid (IFB). No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this Sources Sought or any follow-up information requests. A SOLICITATION IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME; therefore, do not request a copy of a solicitation. See the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for additional detail regarding the services required.
