- Description
- *** The submission deadline for this Sources Sought is hereby extended to 1 December 2023. *** The Government is requesting interested sources to provide white papers which demonstrate capability to meet the following Command Post Integrated Infrastructure (CPI2) requirements. White papers shall be submitted electronically, no more than 7 pages, and shall not exceed 10 MB for all items associated with the RFI response. White Paper responses are due to the government NLT 1630 on 1 December 2023. What communication (Wi-Fi/Satellite Communications (SATCOM)/radio) technologies and power (onboard / smart) technologies are available to increase command post dispersion? On the Move (OTM) Wireless Line of Sight (LOS) technologies at preferred ranges at or greater than 300 meters to interconnect vehicles. Please identify throughput and range of wireless technologies proposed including max number of vehicles (network nodes) the proposed wireless technology can support. CPI2 is looking for wireless technologies that can support greater than 200MB and can support up to 30 separate nodes and mesh technologies is preferred. Identify spectrum and signature concerns and process on getting spectrum access to commercial frequencies. Other concerns are potential degradation of signal when command post vehicles are in dense foliage. All equipment proposed or suggested shall fit on the Stryker, Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle (AMPV), and Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) as well as S788, M1087 and S280 vehicles and shelters. OTM SATCOM technologies to increase command posts survivability and dispersion by operating OTM and facilitating expeditionary network capability. Within your architecture, the system should provide Secure But Unclassified-Encrypted (SBU-E) or equivalent encryption technologies, capable of operating over tactical Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPR) with throughput equal or greater than 300MB. Options for automated Primary, Alternate, Contingency, and Emergency (PACE) technologies Conferencingand other communication capabilities. Proposed system shall be built into a transit case system that is modular, scalable System shall be able to be removed easily out of a vehicle and put into another vehicle or a building or tent. Are proposed systems already in use by US government and can systems be procured via Government Wide Acquisition Contract and/or commercially, please provide details. 2.
