- NAICS 339113 - Helmets (except athletic), safety (e.g., motorized vehicle crash helmets, space helmets), manufacturing This REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) W91CRB-23-R-5035�is to fulfill a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement on behalf of the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) for the country of India.�This requirement is for the procurement of�Ops-Core FAST SF Ballistic High Cut Helmets�under FMS Case IN-B-UMA,�Acquisition Requirements Package (ARP) CE23016. See attached solicitation for details of items being procured. This solicitation will NOT be issued in paper. All interested parties are responsible for obtaining the solicitation documents through Beta SAM (https://www.beta.sam.gov/). Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award of a Federal contract. Information regarding registration can be obtained from the SAM link at: https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM. Any questions are to be submitted in writing to Milena Pomocka, Contract Specialist, via email to: milena.pomocka.civ@army.mil no later than 10:00 AM�EST on 24 October 2023. Questions submitted after this time will not be addressed. All offers are due no later than 22 November 2023 at 02:00 PM EST. An email confirmation must be received to be considered submitted.
