Description

***THIS RFI IS FOR A NEW ACQUISITION. THERE IS NO INCUMBENT***� � � � The contractor shall provide program management, consulting, and technical support services to OPPA within a dynamic, fast-paced, evolving emergency management environment. The contractor will advise and assist OPPA Leadership and BMO, which serves as the OPPA �Front Office�, as they provide service, advisement, communication, and centralized coordination across all offices and divisions within OPPA. Additionally, and outside of the �Front Office� structure, the contractor shall provide dedicated support to the ERPD, IAD, Policy, and Strategy. The contractor shall provide staff with senior-level experience and ability in the following areas of specialty and skills: ? Strategy and Policy Management ? Strategic Planning and Foresight ? Strategic Communications ? Event/Engagement Coordination and Strategic Facilitation Services ? Reporting and Analytics Support ? Customer Experience (CX) ?
