- This solicitation is an invitation for bid for project 523-24-004 Fire Door and Damper Repairs at the VAMC, Jamaica Plain. This project will include, but is not limited to, all work including construction administration, demolition, installation and repair to correct fire and smoke door and fire and smoke damper deficiencies at VA Boston Healthcare System Jamaica Plain in accordance with the Statement of Work, Contract Documents, Drawings, Federal, State, and Local Codes. Scope Details: Correct fire and smoke door deficiencies as listed on attached document. Total inventory of 335 deficiencies. Re-certify and label doors upon completion of work. Correct fire and smoke damper deficiencies as listed on attached sheet. Total inventory of 96 deficiencies. All work shall be performed and executed in accordance with SOW, and contract documents. The Period of Performance is 120 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
