- Description
- The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) intends to award sole source contracts to randomly selected�U.S. Hospitals to provide CPSC with data reports on injuries in order to collect statistical data on consumer�product related injuries. The Government believes that only randomly selected hospitals are capable of supplying�this data. Hospitals are statistically selected by a computer program and can neither request to participate nor�request selection. These contracts will be issued under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source�and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. This notice is NOT a request for�competitive quotes. Any questions regarding these contracts should be emailed to the Contract Specialist via email at�ggrayson@cpsc.gov, by 12 PM EST on December 1, 2023. NO TELEPHONE CALLS PLEASE. Responses received�will be evaluated: however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based�upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
