Description: Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: JIATF-S intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to Trane U.S. Inc with the intent of this project is to purchase, install and program a ZN Controller board�and troubleshoot the HVAC Trane Tracer controls system that serves Joint�Interagency Task Force South (JIATFS) compound. Replacement parts and all�associated work shall meet or exceed current system configuration. All work is to�be completed at Naval Base Truman Annex, Key West, FL as outlined in this�Scope of Work.� This is the only company that can provides this service. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS�and a solicitation will not be issued.
